What kind of paper is used?
All limited edition Art Prints and Unlimited Photo Prints are printed on premium fine-art photo paper with archival inks for longevity and color accuracy.
Calendar is made on classic demimatt (matt coated) 250 gsm paper, and postcards on a special 300 gsm matt paper.
Are the prints signed or numbered?
All limited edition Art Prints are signed, numbered and delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
Unlimited Photo Prints and calendar can be dedicated upon request.
Can I request a custom print ?
Would you like a print of a photograph on the website that is not in the shop? Send me a message with the name of the image you are interested in and the type of print, and we will discuss it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. Each order is carefully packed in protective materials to ensure safe delivery wherever you are.
How are shipping costs calculated ?
I use the Swiss Post service to calculate these costs. These vary according to the size, weight and destination of the parcel and insurance is included.
What is the delivery time ?
Small items, such as calendars and postcards, are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Both unlimited photo prints and art prints require an additional 20 days for manufacture, please expect a total lead time of 30 days. These delivery time applies to customers in Switzerland; please allow extra time for deliveries abroad.
What should I do if I receive my order damaged ?
You must refuse the parcel. Accepted deliveries cannot be refused later on the grounds of transport damage. If you notice a problem on delivery, take a photo and give the parcel to the deliveryman after carefully repacking it. Then contact me within 48 hours so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
